Hello lovelies! I am very very (very!) happy to announce that Spoonful 4… is here!!! YAY!!!!!

& therefore available here in our little shop and here too! Yippee!

I am so proud & honoured to be a part of this issue with magical creatives like Eva Juliet (our illustrator), Denise Sharp (our crafter), Isadora, Twiggs, & Lyubov (our photographers) too! Let’s take a peek shall we…

It’s been such a  long time in the making and I always get nervous about whether it will meet your hopes… whether it is up to Spoondiful standards… and then it’s printed, folded, bound, and the work and talent of each and every contributor shimmers through it and well… I’m enamored like a mom with a new born little baby :)

In the words of a wondrous contributor… this is the year that elephants will fly. Can’t wait to hear what you guys think of it.

Well, I’d better shoosh and get to sleep as I’ve now got lots of subscriptions & more fun things to organise in the morning! Oh, & letters to send out – time to tell everyone that we have another issue – eeek! I just had to tell you, before I went to sleep, that boxes of beautiful new issues are waiting for happy homes and ready… just like the elephants… to fly.

Xx

p.s. I am also very very excited to be able to prepare you guys for our Spoondiful Easter Challenge! Prepare your creative spirits and *hint hint* start thinking about egg design!!! We have organised an AMAZING prize for our Easter competition this year, and I will be telling you all about it in our next post! WOW this year is speeding by! Toodles for now. xx

Received my copy in the mail last Saturday already ( I live in the Netherlands). And since Sunday was a beautiful Spring day, I read it while sitting in the sun with some tea. Loved it. Especially the Happiness pages always strike me and make me laugh, giggle, smile and reflect. Thanks Thea!

I received Spoonful in the mail today.
Well actually it came 2 days ago. But I wanted to save it for a special day when I could sit down and really appreciate its wonderfulness. So I left it snuggly tucked inside its yellow envelope.
Today was the day. As I sat down on my lounge, turning off Dr Phil I was so excited. Opening the envelope was like how I imagined Charlie felt when he opened the wonka bar that held the golden ticket. A little anxious, a lot of hope and so much excitement.
And I was not disappointed. I read aloud pages one through to eight, making sure I did not miss a single detail and I loved it. The happiness quotes are always so inspirational. And I love love tea! So naturally I had to make myself a cuppa as I read through the article. As I thought to myself how magical this little book is, I had to make myself stop.. I am saving the rest for another day. Just so I can draw out the happiness for a little longer. Thank you for making my day at home very special x
